Good E-newsletter sites

This is a great site that’s free (with the option to upgrade for a cost). There aren’t many templates to choose from and there are a few glitches in formatting, but overall it’s a great resource for someone wanting to send out e-newsletters in a cheap way.

This site is great with almost too many templates to choose from. They have a stock-image-use add-on option, a poll add-on option, and some other features available to add on. Prices depend on how many contacts you have in your list.

My biggest complaint is the formatting issues that arrise. Fonts and sizes of text will randomly change, spaces will disappear or appear for no reason, boxes around images will appear even when you check the ‘transparent background’ box, etc. If you know HTML most things aren’t a big deal, and even if you don’t, you can always chat online with them and they’ll either solve your problem or walk you through it.

This site was almost as good as constantcontact.com but didn’t have great customer service when I was trying to get information. I tried three times to chat with someone and every time I had to wait too long for me. Prices were comparable, but given the number of issues that can arise, I care more about customer service which I felt they didn’t provide much of.
